CAN ROSE

Villa Rose is a charming family house located in the centre of the island in San Rafael. It's recently renovated and entered through an electric gate.
The villa is situated in a tranquil surroundings, however, Ibiza Town and other hot spots are a few minutes drive away.

The house is surrounded with lush gardens with fruit trees, a pond and the swimming pool area that is the centerpiece of the outdoor zones.
There are various seating areas and a covered BBQ zone to enjoy.
There are 6 sun beds and a lounge bed situated by the pool.
The property is fully fenced with peace, privacy and countryside views

The main entrance leads into the fully equipped open kitchen. The spacious dining table and the lovely living room are tastefully decorated with an eye for a detail. The house features a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with shower, bath tub and sauna in addition for the colder days. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and access to the large terrace at the back of the house, with beautiful views over the countryside. Bathroom 2 is shared with the other bedrooms. There is air conditioning in all rooms. The house is also recommended for winter use as it equipped with central heating. In addition, there is a sauna and there are 2 fireplaces: 1 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom on the first floor.
